Pesto Beans

This is a recipe from one of the members of the forum of The AntiCraft, the online craft magazine on which I am a tech editor. I made this yesterday for the potluck we're going to tomorrow. It's supposed to sit overnight, but after an initial stir, it was already amazing, so by picnic time it'll be better than good!


Simple ingredients: canned beans (whatever you have; I chose garbanzos and black), olive oil, fresh basil, fresh parsley, crushed garlic, salt (I chose to use coarse sea salt), and fresh ground black pepper. 5 minutes, maybe 10, to toss together! Let sit over night. The longer it sits, the better it gets.
