Gorgeous.

This insect is a medium-sized specimen from the order Hemiptera, the order of the 'true bugs'. No other insects outside of this order can correctly be called 'bugs'. I think they're gorgeous. This one, especially.

This beauty is in the family room of my in-laws' house. NICE place to spend the winter.
