Sad Scene.

These are the remains of The Lancer, a giant landmark in Cleveland's politcal scene for decades. It was uninsured, but the owner is determined to rebuild and reopen. I hope he does. I also hope he finds a way to create ample parking space in the neighborhood, rather than having big cars and trucks park on the street at all times of the day and night, even during posted no-parking times -- THAT was un-neighborly.
