CLOTH Restroom Towel Dispenser-in 2008!!

I was at an auto dealership yesterday, and found this well-preserved relic. Honestly, I thought these were extinct! (By the way, there was no one else in the bathroom with me when I took out the camera phone.) I'd been remembering these and wondering if they ought to make a comeback. You know, less waste; but there's still a maintenance factor. But there's a maintenance factor with *everything*. You just have to weigh the commitment you're willing to make.
