Sometimes I think the lawyers are trying to soften us into oblivion.

Actually, around Cleveland, we DO drink that water. We just happen to have superior water purification. Any of the errant fuel and oil spills that happen wherever there are pleasure-craft (which are legion right where we this picture was taken; actually, pretty much all around Lake Erie) get filtered out of the water we drink.
